Haiti houses we made in art class
These are mine
Each house is purchased for $5, donation goes towards Haiti relief efforts.
Pretty cool project.
This project is really cool. It would be great idea for kids to get involved and raise awareness on Haiti.
THE STROKES in the studio working on the tote bag and wallet they decorated for the Crafts For A Cause auction. Hoot hoot! Details to come!!
I’m volunteering for a project called Cupcakes4Haiti which is run out of Buttercream Philadelphia, a cupcake truck here in Philly. They are kind of like an ice cream truck, but they park at a different location daily, and serve cupcakes.
The main locations are at the local universities in the city for the Cupcake4Haiti project. Specific locations will be released on their twitter shortly.
I’m volunteering on Wednesday the 10th from 10am-3pm and Friday the 12th from 10am-1pm at the Temple location outside the bookstore. I’m going to put my Temple-hate aside for this cause (I’m a student at the University Of The Arts, and last year their art department declared “war” on our school.)
So, if you are in the area, and want some delicious cupcakes for a good cause this week, make sure you check out the website & twitter for location info.
